Refund & Return Policy

At Floyed Creations, many of our products are custom made to order. Because of this, our return policy is limited to ensure fairness to both our customers and our business.

Custom & Personalized Items  
All custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items are created specifically for each order and cannot be resold.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement or appropriate solution.

Non-Custom Items  
For items that are not customized, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Vinyl Decals  
Due to the nature of vinyl decals, we cannot accept returns once a decal has been applied. Floyed Creations is not responsible for installation errors. Please ensure surfaces are clean and follow application instructions carefully before applying your decal.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders  
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email brian@floyedcreations.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.

Refund Processing  
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
