Custom Order Policy

At Floyed Creations, many of our products are custom made specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of these items, the following policies apply to all custom orders.

Order Approval  
Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before placing an order. This includes spelling, sizing, color selections, and design details. Floyed Creations is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer during checkout.

Production Time  
Custom orders typically require 1–5 business days for production before shipment. Larger or more complex orders may require additional time. Customers will be notified if production time will exceed normal processing times.

Changes & Cancellations  
Requests to change or cancel a custom order must be made within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

Returns & Refunds  
Due to the personalized nature of custom products, all custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact brian@floyedcreations.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the situation.

Design Ownership  
All designs created by Floyed Creations remain the intellectual property of Floyed Creations and may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

Customer Responsibility  
Customers are responsible for ensuring surfaces are properly prepared and application instructions are followed when installing vinyl decals. Floyed Creations is not responsible for installation errors.
